Exchanges & Returns

We gladly accept returns or exchanges with in 14 days of the original purchase date.

Merchandise must arrive back to MARKET in original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging in which it was received. 

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoes returned with out original shoe box or with damaged shoe boxes may not qualify for return. Please be aware that shoes can scuff very easily. We suggest that all shoes are tried on on carpet.

Receipt of damaged or defective product is never our goal however should you receive a damaged or defective product please reach out to customer service with in 5 days of receipt of your goods to notify our team.

Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment.

Any returns made after 14 days are subject to management approval and must be requested prior to the goods being shipped back to MARKET. If accepted, the return will be issued in the form of a gift card.

For exchanges we suggest that you reach out to customer service to request the style, size and color you wish to swap into be placed on hold. We request holds for your exchanged item to insure we do not sell out of your requested items while we await your package. 

 All sales are FINAL on Fine Jewelry, Swim Wear, Special Orders, and Sale Items.

Holiday Gifting:

Items purchased for holiday gifting may be exchanged or returned for store credit. The package must be marked in the mail on the 14th day in order to quality for an exchange or store credit.
